Data Retention & Deletion Policy
How to request deletion and clarification about data retention.
What is verified today
The current production code has no automatic retention or deletion schedule for account profiles, membership references, guidance-usage counts, workspace records, invitations, or deletion-request records. We therefore do not promise a fixed erasure deadline or automatic secure erasure.
How requests are handled
An open deletion request is stored to prevent obvious repeat submissions for the same email and is reviewed manually. Before any account-related action, the requester must be verified through a secure follow-up. The exact scope of a completed request depends on the records that can be safely separated from account, membership, security, and operational dependencies.
Records that may need separate review
The application has membership and checkout-session references, but this codebase does not verify payment-provider, tax, security-log, or external-service retention settings. Those records are not promised to be deleted by the in-app request form.
