How Deen Companion handles account and guidance information.
Information in the current application
The current application stores account profile details needed for sign-in, membership records and checkout-session references, monthly guidance-usage counts, workspace and invitation records where applicable, and support or deletion-request contact details. The shipped schema does not contain a saved private-guidance or conversation table.
Deletion requests
Account deletion is not self-service. A request is recorded for manual review and ownership verification before any change is made. Submitting a request does not confirm that an email address has an account and does not automatically delete data.
Service providers and training
The current code uses Convex for application data and authentication, and the MadeThis signed notification proxy for deletion-request notifications. This policy does not claim a fixed retention schedule, a particular AI-training practice, or payment-provider handling that is not verified in the deployed configuration.
