Request manual review of Deen Companion account or personal-data deletion.
Before you submit
Use the email associated with the account and choose the request type. Do not include your password, raw private guidance, or other sensitive content. This form records a request for manual review; it is not a self-service account-deletion control.
Verification and restoration
We verify ownership before taking action. Until a request has been manually fulfilled, it has not deleted or changed the account. Once an account-deletion request is fulfilled, restoration may not be possible.
