The terms for using Deen Companion's educational guidance experience.
Educational boundaries
Deen Companion provides AI-generated Islamic educational and spiritual support. It is not a fatwa service and does not replace a qualified scholar, therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or other professional.
Urgent situations
If there is immediate danger, abuse, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, severe symptoms, or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services and a trusted person nearby. Do not rely on this service for crisis intervention.
Using the service
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain access to another person's account. Source material and guidance should be checked in context, especially for personal rulings.
Account closure
Account deletion is not an instant self-service action. You may submit a deletion request for manual review and ownership verification. We do not promise an automated deletion deadline, restoration after completed account deletion, or deletion of records held by separately configured services unless that work is specifically verified.
