Ar-Ra'd · 13:28

Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allāh. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allāh hearts are assured.

Sahih al-Bukhari · 7405

Allah says: I am just as My slave thinks I am, and I am with him if he remembers Me. If he remembers Me in himself, I remember him in Myself; and if he remembers Me in a group of people, I remember him in a group that is better than they. If he comes one span nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him; and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.

My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.

Islamic lesson

Take one honest, manageable step without treating a source card as a prediction or a personalized ruling. This is Deen Companion's educational reflection, not a quotation.

Practical next steps

  1. Message or call one person who feels safe to you.
  2. Consider a local class, volunteer activity, or community gathering.
  3. If isolation is becoming overwhelming, talk with a qualified mental health professional.

When to seek scholarly or professional help

Deen Companion provides educational and spiritual support, not a fatwa, therapy, medical care, financial advice, or emergency help. Speak with a qualified scholar for personal rulings and an appropriate professional for health, mental-health, financial, legal, or safety concerns. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and urgent local support now.
